Even if our magazine still has any number ofmajor deficiencies, it is nevertheless a beginning and, taking into account the conditions and circumstances, not an entirely unimportant one. Thus, we also hope and expect that the Press OfficePressestelle of the City of Hamburg, in the courseof its activities, will take into consideration the Jewish academic journaledited here as well. The day before yesterday,I already introduced myself to Dr. Harms.

I would also like to point out to you, dearMr. Lüth, that the exhibition of theIsraeli children’s paintings that was shown at the Amerika-Haus back thenwill now be shown in November in Zurich, in the Pestalozzianum there.In the meantime, I myself had a large collective exhibition in Munich with rather gratifying success.
